As the District Education Officer (Male) for Lower Chitral, I am deeply committed to ensuring that every child in our district has access to quality education in a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment. My role is not only administrative but also visionary — to lead, facilitate, and monitor the continuous improvement of our educational institutions.

We are working closely with school heads, teachers, and community members to address challenges such as teacher availability, student enrollment, school infrastructure, and curriculum development and implementation. Special attention is being given to the professional development of teachers, the promotion of science and technology education, and the improvement of learning outcomes at all levels.

Together, with dedication and community support, we can uplift the standard of education in Lower Chitral and open new doors of opportunity for our youth. I invite all citizens, educators, and organizations to join hands with us in this noble cause.
